I have just returned from a trip of a life time. I was
blessed to be able to go to Paris, France. It has been a life-long dream of mine
to go there. The trip was a very generous gift and I will forever be grateful
for the kindness.
Paris was everything I
have ever read about, colorful, romantic and breath-taking. Even though I speak
a limited amount of French the people there were patient, kind and mostly
everyone speaks English. My favorite places
were the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and Shakespeare & Company. I also spent some time at Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery in Normandy. I was in
complete awe of being able to see these famous historical land marks live and
in person.
Being able to experience this dream made me want to travel
even more and to meet more people from around the world. I will definitely go back to Paris as soon as
I can. I loved being there and I truly felt at home.
